The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked August 2021 trailer showcases the innovative Galaxy Fold, a smartphone that redefines mobile technology. The 45-second video takes viewers on a journey, highlighting the device’s potential. The result is a captivating visual narrative that demonstrates the Galaxy Fold’s ability to reshape the way we interact with technology, inviting users to embrace a world of expanded creativity, productivity, and entertainment.
As part of the DE-YAN motion designer team, my role in this project was to create the scene from 00:25 to 00:31, where the Galaxy Fold opens, revealing an endless city skyline that symbolizes the new possibilities and experiences users can expect. This pivotal moment demonstrates the device’s transformative nature. In addition, I contributed to prototyping and exploring various scenes and design possibilities throughout the trailer.
